  3. Use this menu to manipulate all or part of the icon.

  5. Flips the the icon (or the part that's selected) horizontally.
  6.  
  7. Flips the the icon (or the part that's selected) vertically.
  8.  
  9. Draws a one-pixel frame around the the icon (or the part that's selected).
  10.  
  11. Turns off every other pixel in the the icon (or the part that's selected), giving the icon a grayed-out and disabled appearance.
  12.  
  13. Turns black pixels white and white pixels black in the icon (or the part that's selected).
  14.  
  15. Makes the right half of the selection or (if nothing is selected) of the entire icon a mirror image of the left half.
  16.  
  17. Makes the bottom half of the selection or (if nothing is selected) of the entire icon a mirror image of the top half.
  18.  
  19. Rotates the the icon (or the part that's selected) 90¬∞ clockwise.
  20.  
  21. Adds a one-pixel shadow effect to the right and bottom of the selection or (if nothing is selected) of the entire icon.
